====== Yuki's Unambiguous Time-Keeping Notation ======

Yuki's Unambiguous Time-Keeping Notation is largely compatible with modern date formats, but uses different Unicode characters to unambiguously differentiate date and time components, while being easy to read given prior knowledge of Western time measurement. Hence, ISO 8601-style ordering and formatting is recommended, but optional.

With a w specifier and no month specified, it can be used as an ISO week number.

Ex.: 2023w50 is Week 50 of 2023.
Ex.: 2023โ
ฉ0 is the last week of September 2023, before the first week of October.
